The Rebel-9 is the latest fully DIY 9mm carbine from ImmortalRevolt of the Gatalog. It uses a highly innovative DIY bolt design featuring a DIY extractor, DIY firing pin and DIY anti-bounce system, the first fully DIY firearm to contain these features. It uses a modified DIY Scorpion magazine. It is the most advanced 3D printed gun released to date.

Our Complete Parts Kit contains all required hardware to build your Rebel-9. Because the Rebel-9 has several different options for building, we’ve split our kit up into a Hardware Kit and multiple Bolt, Barrel and FCG kits.

In order to complete your Rebel-9, we recommend you purchase:

• One hardware kit
• One bolt body (either the Classic or the Machined bolt body)
• One barrel kit (either the Liner, AR9 or ECM barrel kit)
• One FCG kit (either the AR-15 or DIY FCG kit)

Rebel-9 Hardware Kit:

Our Rebel-9 base kit contains everything you need to build the main body and magazine for the Rebel-9, including all parts required for the stock, recoil system, printed sights, upper and lower.

Also included are all bolt completion hardware, including firing pin stock, extractor stock and ABB parts.

The Rebel-9 includes both metric and imperial versions of some parts, such as the bolt body or stock arms. All 3D Print Freedom Rebel-9 kits use the imperial version where available; otherwise, the required metric parts are used.

Rebel-9 Machined Bolt Body

By far the most difficult part of building a Rebel-9 is making your own bolt. Purchase one of our bolt bodies to dramatically simplify your building experience.

The Machined Bolt Body is fully CNC’d. It is the best quality Rebel-9 bolt available.

This bolt body includes a hammer reset lug feature, meaning it can be used with both the AR-15 FCG and DIY FCG.

NOTE: the Machined Bolt Body is imperial-size (1.25″ square) and should be used with the Imperial upper.

NOTE 3/3/2025: Machined Bolt Bodies are expected to ship at the end of March

Rebel-9 Classic Bolt Body

By far the most difficult part of building a Rebel-9 is making your own bolt. Purchase one of our bolt bodies to dramatically simplify your building experience.

Our Classic Bolt Body is made to the same spec as the DIY bolt created using the ImmortalRevolt jig system. We make these bolts by hand using a combination of jigs and a small CNC mill. Expect a rougher finish than the Machined Bolt Body, but still absolutely functional.

NOTE: the Classic Bolt Body is imperial-size (1.25″ square) and should be used with the Imperial upper.

This bolt should only be used with the DIY FCG. It will not interact properly with the AR-15 FCG.

Rebel-9 Barrel Liner Kit

Using a barrel liner allows you to preserve the DIY aesthetic of the Rebel-9 without requiring you to ECM your own barrel.

The Rebel-9 Barrel Liner kit includes a professionally-machined 5.5″ barrel liner, **with the chamber cut and modified as required** for use with the Rebel-9. It also includes all parts required to mount the barrel liner in the Rebel-9.

This kit requires printing a modified upper and retainer system. The modified Liner system will be made available shortly at the 3D Print Freedom Odysee page.

Rebel-9 AR9 Barrel

You can print a version of the Rebel-9 that takes AR-9 barrels! A modified upper and retainer system are required. These can be found in the official release package.

This product is a 5″ AR-9 barrel, the length recommended by the developer, and around which the AR-9 specific retainer is modeled.

Rebel-9 ECM Barrel Kit

The Rebel-9, like the FGC-9, was designed to utilize a DIY ECM barrel. This kit contains hydraulic tube barrel stock along with all mounting equipment required to use an ECM barrel with the Rebel-9.

We sell our ECM barrel kits with barrel stock cut to the recommended 138mm. If you would like your barrel to be longer or shorter, please contact us at customersupport@3dprintfreedom.com after ordering.

Rebel-9 AR-15 FCG Kit

Avoid the hassle of winding your own springs and trust in the reliability of the proven AR-15 fire control group by purchasing our AR-15 FCG kit. This kit contains all required AR-15 FCG parts, plus mounting pins sized properly for the Rebel-9.

The AR-15 FCG requires a Machined Bolt Body (with trigger reset lug) to properly function. AR-15 FCGs will not work properly with Classic bolt bodies.

Additionally, AR-15 FCGs will not work in the Removable Grip version of the Rebel-9 lower.

Rebel-9 DIY FCG Kit

The Rebel-9 DIY FCG involves a printed hammer (with epoxied weight), trigger and disconnector combined with springs wound from piano wire using a special winding jig. Our kit ships with all hardware and wire required to build your own DIY FCG, including lots of wire to wind your springs.

The DIY FCG can be used with either the Classic Bolt Body or the Machined Bolt Body, and will work in both the normal and Removable Grip versions of the lower.
